b. Skill Requirements:

  • Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in student management systems.
  • Preferred: Experience in student administration, academic counseling, and university admissions marketing would be preferred.

c. Educational Requirements:

Master’s degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with MSCS (Master of Science in Computer Science) or MBA (Master of Business Administration) qualifications.

e. About the Job:

The Admissions Interviewer is responsible for representing USJ in the recruitment process, including the promotion of the Professional Development Accelerator (PDA) and USJ’s educational programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the admissions process and the ability to effectively communicate the value and opportunities provided by USJ. The interviewer will also provide guidance to prospective students, helping them navigate the admissions landscape.

f. Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • A Master’s degree in Computer Science (MSCS) or an MBA.
    • Prior experience in student management, academic advising, or admissions in a higher education setting.
    • A track record of successful student recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct interviews and assess the suitability of prospective students for USJ’s programs.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to promote PAD and USJ’s academic offerings.
    • Organize and participate in admissions events, fairs, and information sessions.
    • Serve as a point of contact for prospective students, offering counseling and support throughout the application process.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the visibility and appeal of USJ’s educational programs.

All interns are required to participate in a unified training program, supporting OPT/CPT, with outstanding participants eligible for H1B sponsorship.
