- Required: Strong foundation in Marketing, Corporate Innovation, and Engineering Management skills
- Preferred: Practical experience in the field, experience in curriculum development, case-study teaching methods, and strategic business analysis would be preferred.

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, MBA preferred.

e. About the project :
The MBA Instructor is responsible for developing and teaching courses in Marketing, Corporate Innovation, and Engineering Management. This role entails crafting course outlines, engaging with students, conducting assessments, and providing feedback. The instructor should be adept at translating complex business theories and strategies into accessible concepts for students and fostering applied skills through case studies and practical projects.

Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, MBA preferred.
- Experience in teaching subjects related to business management.
- Ability to design and execute courses that meet current business environment standards.
- Preferred
Qualifications:
- An MBA or PhD in a relevant field.
- Practical working experience in Marketing, Corporate Innovation, or Engineering Management.
- Experience with case studies and interactive teaching methods.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and teach MBA courses in Marketing, Corporate Innovation, and Engineering Management.
- Create challenging and practical course materials.
- Facilitate student engagement in practical and application skills through real-world cases and projects.
- Regularly review and update course content to stay aligned with industry developments.
- Mentor assistants and interns, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
All interns are required to participate in a unified training program, supporting OPT/CPT, with outstanding participants eligible for H1B sponsorship.
