The University of San Jose (School Code 90920164) is a non-profit, private university founded in November 2015. It is located in the heart of Silicon Valley at 1631 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95112, and its classes are held in a modern, air-conditioned office building. USJ received provisional approval from the BPPE of the California State Government in 2021. USJ offers two master’s programs: MSCS (Master of Science in Computer Science) and MBA (Master of Business Administration) for various students. USJ also intends to offer professional training and other educational services for our students. USJ’s motto is “Freedom through truth for service.”
On April 28, 2023, the University of San Jose was approved as an official Certifying Organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Award. USJ obtained the license of an American Red Cross training provider in 2022 and offers a variety of courses in First Aid/CPR/AED and BLS, granting participants Red Cross Certification Cards. In 2023, USJ established the School of ICCPRA (International Community CPR Alliance) with Gosvea and provides ICCPRA Training Courses.
The USJ equipment consists of computers, network hardware, and printers. All classes are held on campus. The administrative offices provide necessary assistance to students six days a week.
USJ faculty members come from many creative enterprises and universities in Silicon Valley. Our goal is to build our own strength in technology and human resources to benefit the community. USJ also actively supports students in starting their own businesses and innovations. We collaborate with Silicon Valley’s innovative organizations to establish a business incubating zone, helping students develop comprehensively in education, professionalism, and entrepreneurship.
