At Beijing time 8:00 AM on May 16, 2022 (PDT 5:00 pm on May 15, 2022), the inaugural meeting of the Gocean & Lincoln University Learning Center (Chengdu/Silicon Valley) and the signing of the cooperation agreement between the University of Lincoln and Gocean Education Group The ceremony was successfully held online.

This project aims to take advantage of the technical talents of Silicon Valley to provide Chinese students with online and offline education for undergraduates, masters, and doctorates, as well as WASC-certified degrees based on Lincoln University (mutual recognition by Chinese and American education authorities).
